Shakespeare comes alive through performance
Step into the world of imagination, teamwork, and theatre magic! Our week-long Shakespeare in the Park Summer Camp invites young performers to explore drama skills, play high-energy theatre games, build confidence, and bring abridged Shakespeare scenes to life.

Through a mix of dynamic workshops and creative exploration, participants will develop acting techniques, movement and voice skills, characterisation, and a strong sense of ensemble. Attendees will experiment with staging, storytelling, and re-imagining Shakespeare in a fresh, playful way, working both in groups and independently to shape their own interpretations of scenes and characters.

Across the week, there will be opportunities to devise, rehearse, and refine performances, alongside time for improvisation, creative input, and trying out ideas. The camp will culminate in an informal sharing of work, whether that’s performing to one another, capturing scenes on film, or presenting selected moments.
